Look like a pair...but they look strange looking?

Yeah I know what you mean , them both having humps makes it seem like there both males

Female haitiensus often sport a slight hump, below is a female


She was about 10" in these shots, so her sheer body mass made these humps less exaggerated, than if she were smaller.

Strange as their heads look deformed, not referring to the humps both sexes can have humps...

Thanks for the advice, I’ve Taken out the other fish in there tank so they have it all to themselves now, I’ll find out if there a pair soon I guess
