Thank you so much for your input, so many helpful hands! Update, the sick piranha is in the corner staring outside the tank near the filter input, I tried turning off the filter input to insure he is not stuck but didnt move, still breathing even more hard to look at then before, here is a picture if helpful:

@owiain4 no i didnt i just dumped him in their with the 6 beacuse they hate the net, no possible way i could of gotten in the beast into a bag without him ripping it into pieces, big struggle getting out of the original tank and even some struggle into the new one, i wished i did though! Very depressing to see my fish in this condition! :(!!

Also guys should I leave the 2 florescent bulbs on any time, if so how long each day? or is lights off and a sheet over it better for more rest?

Turn all your tank lights OFF.. & add bubble strips or anything that creates air bubbles in the tank..

I absolutely agree with using a used filter on a fresh tank to cycle a tank in 3 days. With out clarifying that I think it could of caused some confusion because the op did not have that option.

I killed a bunch of fish from osmotic shock. I had a uv sterilizer pump quit and did not realize it until the water got rotten, I mean swamp stink rotten! I was doing a water change and the pump kicked on and shot the rotten water into the tank and I watched 3 5" Stendker discus and 6 3-4" clown loaches die in about 30 seconds. Different from not acclimating properly I know but a story for shocking fish non the less.
 
A month with no fish, and only 5 days....tank is not cycled imo. I would suggest cleaning the tank and test water daily and change as needed to keep the parameters from goin too far outta whack until it gets cycled, which as stated about could be helped by a filter from an already cycled tank....that lil piranha is gonna be in for a heck of a rough ride while you get the tank cycled if your able to save him. I agree about the water changes with Prime treatment, but nobody has suggested using Stability yet and in this case it may benefit the tank a lot. Ypu said you had bacteria but not what brand name. If you need it you can pick it up at Petsmart and I would use the directions for starting a new tank, you also have to add it to the water going into your tank during water changes. It will help cycle the tank faster. Make sure to shake the bottle a lot before using it. You still need to use Prime to dechlorinate the water first. Both Prime and Stability will not affect your PH or anything. I try to dump the Stability near the intake to the filter so it gets in there first but it will circulate in the tank fine too.

I also caught that you dumped them in the tank without acclimating, did all the water from transporting them go in the tank as well? If it did, how long were they in the bucket?

I Have used microbe lift in my tanks before and it did an AWESOME job of establishing extra benificial bacteria (in case the OP doesnt know, that is what helps cycle the tank and keep amonia down over time) I would say that would be a great thing to have in the tank. but dont overdo it, just folow the directions on the bottle.
