HELP SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY FLOWERHORN

I found the little guy roaming around the tank. I have high hopes for this guy; maybe he'll do that more often.
I've heard people talk about getting a bgk, feeding it 1-2 times a day, and having it grow from 2-10" by the end of the year (8-12 months).
