its probaly a pop eye or droop

it does look wierd its like pop eye but if your water perams are ok then i dont know what it could be.
is the eye cloudy at all or does it have a white patch on it.

the eye is all good ecept for the out part i try the salt thanks for the help though

That is not drop eye, but it is pop or bulging eye usually associated with dropsy, possibly caused by parasites. Drop eye, on the other hand is just a cosmetic condition which is common in silvers and not harmful to the fish in any way.

From what i understand pop eye isn't a disease it's a symptom so I would check you water perameters and see about maybe checking for parasites.
