Mine took a easy 2 weeks to get back to normal.. Clean water and salt did help too

Ok after 4 days of furan 2 treatment swell when down but one of the two bump got bigger he eatting and more active now then before ate one piece of melt and another piece of shrimp

Good that it is eating but perhaps you could fall back from the shrimp.I'm aware that most dats love them but I try to feed mine more nutritious seafoods such as tilapia and other types of fish.You could also soak the meat in Vitachem to get some extra nutrients into the ST while it is fighting this infection.

I dont think Tilapia is more nutritious compared to shrimp.... but adding Vitachem is a good idea.

I'm thinking a lympho infection and once it grows it will be easier to identify. Best treatment is to keep the fish as healthy as possible. I like Krich's suggestion about improving diet. Unfortunately the infection can be contagious to other fish and they resemble warts but usually wont result in death..
