HELP!! Stingray Tail Problem

my stingray's tail looks to be peeling away and i am afraid it will fall off soon is there anything i can do to help her out i just got her and do not want to lose her this is how i lost my last one.

can't my camera is broken but the tip of the tail is white and it looks to be peeling if that helps

i do water changes every other week my water has no ammonia, no nitrite, no nitrate and a ph of about 6.0-6.5. she is in a 75 gallon tank for now she has a disc size of about 4in or so.

in a 75 gal even after a day your nitrates would be up, and water changes every other week your nitrates would have to be pretty high, i would do 50% WC each day for the next few days, if not more. hopefully a more experience keeper can chime in with a bit more of a exact plan but i would definatly do a big water change asap and check your levels again.

what are the tank mates?? and yea unless your planted beyond belief your nitrates are not 0

Probably someone biting the tail.. small tank doesn't help.

There are no tankmates right now she is very small. the whole tank is hers

bump up your water changes, bump up your temp to around 83-86 and add some disolved salt to the tank
