Help swallowed prazi pro

Metronidazole, praziquantel, human multivitamins, caltrate, tums...heck, those are human supplements and still used for fish and invertebrates.;)

LOL "human supplements" you always crack me up Lupin with your subtle wit.

depends on the concentration. What's the dose swallowed in one spoon? Whats you age and wieght? Do you have worms? DO you have central nervous system problems? Do you have liver problems?

in the states prazi is not FDA approved for human consumption, but it is used as an antihelminthic in other countries. It's not really all that dangerous, but it could have potentially dangerous CNS and hepatic side effects. I imagine one spoon full would be significantly less than an overdose. If you can provide the information I requested, I can figure out whether or not your in trouble.

Drink lots of water. It'll help you metabolize and excrete the prazi.

contact the poison control center.......if it doesn't kill you, it might kill the parasites in you :D

I thought this thread would be about a fish swallowing a medication tablet...

How does one accidentally ingest fish medication? Thought it was powdered sugar?

Seriously though, probably call Poison Control. Most medications/water additives/etc say they are not for human consumption, and to seek immidiate medical attention if ingested.

Might want to know, be careful with the meds you handle. Some are carcinogenic.;) Heck, almost everything causes cancer.

but research shows that just getting enough vitamin D is enough to significantly decrease your chances of contracting 10 of the most deadly forms of cancer, so drink that milk, and don't be afraid to get a LITTLE sun.
