Help ! Synodontis Eating Another Synodontis

My 5 inch Angelicus decided to eat my 1.5 inch Decorus will my angelicus be fine ? Because i know Synodontis have spikes and im just curious if it could kill my angelicus

Yes it could. Is it head first? You may well want to kill one to save the other. If the big one has the little one stuck in its mouth, both may die. You could save them both if you can cut off the majority of the small one's fins and slide him out. Also, a really intense huge shocking scare might result in a dislodged fish but it's not a sure thing.
