You really should be able to find something that will work, but if you can't, just replace the faucet. As far as finding something though, simply unscrew the aerator and take it in to Lowes or Home Depot. Their plumbing guy should be able to either find something that will work for you, or at least tell you what you need to find online or at another store.

i getto riged it.. cut about 3 inches of a garden hose with the male end on it.. and then took the existing airator off and pushed the accuall defusing part out and slid the hose in.. and wrapped the end with teflon tape, thanks for the help guys!

hahaha yeah, cuz i can remove the hose and replace it with the airator
