No idea what it was and no one else went to that store to check it out.
I have not seen one of these fish any where on here or the internet.
I wouldn't buy it anyway so really I don't care anymore, I just really wanted to know since the name was labeled wrong

We need a pic.

I'm 100% sure this is it.
PetPourri had about 5 of these a couple months ago

Holy ****! Read this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Candiru

You want something rare? I think this might have been it.

me and my older brother owned this type of fish before.. they kinda just swim against the current, or constanly swim in circles.. kinda pricy too.
theyre were called blue torpedo sharks, or blue dolphin sharks.. dont know that official specie name, sorry.
these fish are BLIND and are carnivores, they eat what they sense in the water. by swimming in circles, and whatever change in the water they go that way.. interesting fish, i would get them again, just cant have smaller fish in there with them like tiger barbs.. my older brother had a school of barbs about 10, 3-4 inches, and they got knocked out..

were you planning on buying it? you have to get atleast two. it looks like sharks lurking in circles, i bought a sunken ship just coz of them, and it looked bad ***. they go thru the lil holes and lurk like the movies.. hahahah. these fish are rarely available out here in the bay area, so when i see them again ill get me a couple for another community.

...i guess youve already depicted that the fish you were talking about isnt the torpedo shark, sorry.. blue torpedo sharks are still tight tho.. ever owned any?

I wasn't going to buy it, I just hate seeing fish with the wrong descriptions.
I never owned anything bigger than 3 inches, only my Jaguar :)

I would normaly say something more, but I don't want to be to mean, I like this forum :screwy:

You wanted to ID the "fish" that you keep describing. What's your problem?
