My tsn has been acting a little wierd the last couple of days. He has just been floating at the top of the tank. He never goes to the bottom unless its feeding time. Almost seems like he cant keep himself down and just floats up. What could his be?

How's his swimming? Is he by in water inlet or a powerhead? How are the water parameters such as pH, temp, quality (actual measurements are needed to really help). Other than swimming at the top, has he shown any other signs?

Amm 0 Nitrtites 0 nitrates 10 temp 78, need to get a ph test so i do not know about that right now. I do water changes once a week and he is in a 150

was this a sudden change or gradual? does he have difficulty staying upright?

no sudden change. He is always upright. Doesnt seem to have any trouble with that or with swimming. For some reason he just stays at the top until feeding time. He swims down, eats and goes back to the surface

My tsn started in my 180 at 4 inches and after he hit 19 inches 11 months later He is now in the pond. When hungary he would cruise the upper water column of the 180 and now in the pond he is more active and swims at all levels but more so the upper half.

My guy swims around at levels all the time too, even after a meal. He loves to play in a stream of water. I keep asking the OP if his TSN might be up there to also play in the current but have never heard back.
