HELP WEAK OVERFLOW ISSUES

This problem persists without using the weir?

So first thing I did was used it straight w/o the weir n still weak flow. Dammit im so overbudget now lol.

I think that fiberglass would be much easier then acrylic, and especially glass, to drill.

Yeah SandNukka15 drilled his with wood hole saw and it came out clean. So for my laguan max flo 2900, 2x 2" overflow drilled is good correct?

My guess is it is something to do with noise reduction.

I forget who, but another member on here just got one of these tanks as well and said it drilled perfectly fine with no issues. I wouldn't to be too worried.

can anyone explain why joey has a Tee for the overflow? I was just thinking of drilling, bulkhead, 90 degree and then straight pipe

Yea i had no issues at all......just be patient with the hole saw......if you drill 2....2 inch overflows that will be more then enough to gravity feed a 2900 laguna max flow
