The exact same thing just went through my tank. I treated with salt, melafix, and pimafix for a few weeks. Lost the directly affected fish but the rest are fine. I suspect some sort of bacteria.

With the swelling of the belly and bloody fin it looks like vibrosis it is bacterial.Medicated antibiotic food is the best bet LOTS of water changes and quarrentine is your best option to keep from spreading.
