after you sort out the medical side all great idvice i'd really adress the cause of the problem,no offense but theres a lot of waste in that pic even looks a meal worm on the bottom excess feeding causes ammonia spikes wich can overload your filters bio support check your parmitors i'm sure you'll find high numbers on nitites and nitrates

"lymphocystis"... principally attributed to viral causes... linked with stress, poor water quality...
A lot of Fish Diseases are caused by us the fish keeper:
Poor water quality: ammonia or very high nitrates.
The water temperature is fluctuating this brings on white spot
Incompatible species in the tank.
Wrong water hardness for the species.
the list is longer than this but these are the top ones
I strongly agree, fish, like people, are exposed to diseases all the time wqithout catching them but when their resistance is down due to environmental factors they become vulnerable.
you know they have a piont. when i have a problem with my fish it always ends up being something wrong with the water conditions. once i clear up the problem with the water it has a tendence to disappear on its own. sometimes i help it along with a natural remedy of some sort.
