help!what matter with my bihir?

it's a female endi endi, 3 years old,48cm lenth.
I look this bichir head's mucilage color has whiten yesterday.
today look it's not well.
(1)part anal fin has intumesce and dark color.
(2)mucilage beside nose has whiten, and body has a little too.
(3)inappetence
(4)anus hasn't intumesce and color normally
(5)activity normally
can you tell me what happen?thank you .

the day before yesterday , i feed them some frost loach , but two loach are hidden back the pump, i found them yesterday and drag out, but the loach body has canker.

i can't almost understand what you said, but i can guess some.

PH about 7.0 (looks normally)
NO3 about 12.5mg/L (safety parameter is <25mg/L )

i never seem symptomatic at the other bichir.

water has no problem.
ph =7 and NO3=12.5mg/L

I just fed them some loach recently,not other changed.

(1)part anal is still swollen but area decrescent and not dark in color
(2) pectoral fin has a little whitened
(3) abdomen below has two exfoliate

for now do more water changes and add aquarium salt.

i can't really tell what's wrong from the pics. in fact, i wouldn't know if you didn't point it out. hopefully it's not serious. please ask if you have further question.

did the other bichirs eat the loach?
