good to hear she's doing better. hope she recovers fully. good luck!

for now do more water changes and add aquarium salt.

i can't really tell what's wrong from the pics. in fact, i wouldn't know if you didn't point it out. hopefully it's not serious. please ask if you have further question.

did the other bichirs eat the loach?

thank u for ur help.

this afternoon, i put some piece of garlic in tank for two hours. then do some water changes.
when garlic melt down the water, this bichir has some reaction.
it has close its dorsal fin and wobble its body..then i get out garlic.
but other bichirs has non-reaction.

i put aquarium salt in tank yasterday, water : salt has 1:0.3%

Other bichir ate loach too, but no one has symptom.

i don't know what else to suggest other than water changes and aquarium salt. may be increase the temperature slightly.

what is your ammonia and nitrite (NO2) level?

question:

Do you saw bichir's genitalia?
my friend has a 53cm male p.endi cong, last night,he told me the genitalia elongate anal fin. genitalia has 3mm lenth and red in color.

my bichir is female, do you know where is the female bichir ovipositor in anal fin?

thanks.

I love your Endi, it's beautiful, but honestly, I'm not sure what's really wrong with it at all nor would I know how to help you out. Good luck though and I hope it recovers.
