I have a 5" suncatfish and a 7"Lima shovel nose and i rescue the suncatfish from a fish store that have no idea have to take care of fish and now he hurt the Lima catfish what should i do? i love both.... :nilly: :(
 
? What exactly are you asking :S i sorry i dont understand the question are you asking whether you should get rid of one or split them up?

Well really you should try and choose yourself, Eg. whats your favorite one? which will get on better in that tank? but if it was me i would try and get a tank divider until the other one gets better :) Then eventually take the divider out and keep a close eye on them. also may i ask about the size if the tank? gallons, dimensions?

It a 55gal and yes i am upgrading soon..

If I were u, i will get more hideout place for them to prevent them from hurting each other.
they have there own hiding place it at night when the suncafish hurt the Lima... :(

in that case keep an eye on them both and get the new tank, its a must get as they grow HUGE (like most catfish :)) then keep the old one as spare just in case you need to quickly separate them both, hopefully they will get along sometime :) Good luck to you
