I would say lose the cons as they are a pain to have.... I would get another medium sized cichlid such as a salvini they are very nice cichlids... since your tank is only 100-110 gallons I would not add a vieja as most get big and are aggressive... also ditch the gt if its male you will eventually have problems witht the gt and jd....
