Help with air in tank!!!

If you put cycled media on the tank a month in advance then you killed the bio bugs because they had no food to keep them alive (fish poop). So you are starting all over it sounds like. I used seachem stability on my 122 gallon and it actually seemed to work for me. It sped up my cycle for me. Some people have had luck and others haven't. So it's worth a try. Or just keep an eye and when ammonia starts to climb do a water change or add some prime to neutralize the ammonia. Next time don't wait a month. Add the media and fish at the same time.

I might of word it wrong because no one is understanding what i am trying to explain.... I took alot of bio max and filled 2 full trays in a Fx5 attached the fx5 to my 55gal (a month ago) that has alot of 2" cichlids in it for them to grow out.... on saturday i took the fx5 off the 55gal n switch it to the 300gal then took my stock from the 55gal and put them into the 300gal.......
so the bio media never had a chance to die....

you possibly killed off the bio due to nothing being in the tank to feed it like someone else said...the test kit you posted looked like mine did when i first set my tank up (did it just to check the city water)...im thinkin ya jumped the gun and tossed the fish in a little too early...give em time and keep an eye on em, theyre in for the haul now
