Help with breeding

Here is a pic of a breeder box floating, holding some fry just plucked today from momma. The second pic is a close up of the yellow labs minutes after, still trying to huddle close like they were in the mothers mouth. The third is a pic of wigglers "not done baking" yet. I have had luck letting the mother collect them back up and put her back in the tank for another week. The yolk sack is very fragile and they can not swim yet.
I am sure that some people move the fry to another tank right away and they do just fine. I, however, do not switch them to another tank right away. reason: the temperature or other water perimeters may be too different and the fry are very sensitive. True/false ???? I do not know. It is just what I do.

P.S. I do not believe you can leave a cichlid in the small floating breeder box for the 2-3 weeks until she releases. Maybe some do. I do not think a cichlid could handle that.

with all that decor. the mom will eventually place them in certain locations in the tank, that she has previously picked out. with the decor you have, i guarantee you some will survive, and start coming out when they are big enough. when i kept mbuna i did just that. let them be, you will have tons of growing babies in there in no time.
