I just bought a new 30g tank with the eclipse hood that has the built in lights and filtration. Problem is, the pump that is supposed to be pulling the water up isn't doing anything. The impeller is moving, but no water movement is taking place. What do I do!
take it back to the LFS and explain the issue. or call beforehand so they know what the problem is and see if they could replace the whole thing for you..
have u tried making sure everythings intact and sitting properly? or pushing down the impeller with some force?
i have the same tank and never had any issue. good tank. as long as the water is covering the end of your tube water should be pulled up. if not then there is something wrong with it. take it back.
