Help with finding the right plants for nitrates

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I recommend emergent plants, like terrarium plants. Pothos is my favorite, but there are tons!

These low-light, zero maintenance plants will suck up your nitrates like a poor kid hitting kool-aid. And they are free! Just ask for a cutting from any restaurant or dentist office, etc.

These Arrow plants also do amazing! Just brush off the soil and stick the roots in a HOB filter. Sponge makes a great root media.
