Help with fish id

I dnt what exactly that is But i just wanted to state id like to see him/her at an adeult size looks like it would look cool.. But it kinda looks like the midas i see in the local petsmarts with alot more black then normal but thats just a guess.. Someone shuld B able 2 tell u
 
Its tough to tell but to me it likes like an amphilophus species. Common names would be red devil or midas cichlid. Check out some pictures on Google and compare your fish to them. They are known for being different colors as juveniles and changing color or "peeling" when they get older. A lot of time these fish can be hybrids of Midas AND red devil some members here have dubbed them "midevils" there is a sticky thread on it check it out

Everytime a fish fades it will turn black throughout most of the body...looks to be be common midevil but could be hybrid with fllowerhorn if there is any pearling of any kind..
