It's funny that you mentioned furnishings. They actually do help with this. They have a program where local stores donate their floor models/scratch and dented items for a charity tax credit. When housing gets approved, the person goes to the warehouse and gets to pick from what they have to includea brand new bed. They then deliver the furnishings to the clients new place.

That's very charitable of the furniture stores. Perhaps some of their generosity needs to wear off on the housing department!
Update
My application for my new apartment passed the credit/background check. Then went to corporate and passed that. Then it went to compliance, there was a couple errors they fixed and resubmited the application. It should be approved and sign the lease tomarrow.
Meanwhile today the shelter moved to it's new location.

One little thing though. That set of drawers look to be good and sturdy. When are you dumping the tele and getting a nice little tank on there. Lol.

I am still in the motel, and they asked me not to set up a tank.
The current plan is to get a 40b in the future after I switch my drivers liscence and plates over to Oregon.
Good news I sign my new appartment lease and can move in tomarrow.
Tho l wont actually move in till the 22nd when i can go pick out my furniture and get it delivered.

Just one tank, 50gal or less. Will probably get a 40b. I don't like the narrowness of 4ft 55gal tanks.
