Help with Goldfish

The key word in your discretion is Feeder they are meant to live 3 to 5 minutes after you get them home four years was a good run it may be that their time is just up. If guppy sees this he may be able to help you identify the disease by the symptoms listed above but i have no clue sorry.

feeder goldfish can live as long as any other goldfish and they can get alot bigger than 4"s

as for whats going on with them.... i have no idea... sounds like MoJo knows though

It might be time to regulate the temperature in the tank, perhaps the fish are hibernating like in pond. Regardless warmer water will spruce them up. Also treat your water like said before. And make sure your kids aren't dropping things into the tanks, innocent but deadly.
