Bad advice mate, removing fish from an Ich infested tank, unless you're doing the multiple tank swapping treatment method, won't help you because of how the parasite reproduces and functions. I suggest you go and read how the parasite actually works before giving possibly lethal advice in a diseases forum.

Bump heat up to 80-82F (I think, 30-32C over here), add salt at 1mg/L (you do the conversions), make sure you've got a lot of aeration, and dose with a Protozin based treatment, I use Waterlife Protozin.

Keep up heat for at least a week after the parasites have visibly disappeared, and finish the full dosing of the product, or if it's just a 'dose daily/every 3 days' instruction, go for a week after the last visible parasite has disappeared.
