They don't really ever show baring but you are saying is is an estherae, which I don't agree with. Though I can't say for sure. If the blue fish ever shows barring than it is the estherae but from looking at it's head and the coloring I really do think it is an Metriaclima callainos. (Assuming it isn't a mix or something.)
Anyways AnDr3w you are the one who gets to decide what it is at the end, seeing as you likley have seen what it looks like in its different temperaments.
I don't know whether or not faint barring is a characteristic of M. callainos. Every "M. callainos" locally available to me has always had some degree of barring, but that's not a contributing factor to my opinion anyway.

The faint orange seam to the caudal and faint orange eggspots on the dorsal.
