I hope you checked the parameters of your water. A lot of times fish eyes cloud up or get a whitish film it's because of high ammonia in the water. It looks like you didn't test the water. Usually, if you see the cloudy eye as it starts to film up, you do a lot of water changes and the fish eyes clear up but 2 months seems too long to help it. The Doctor.
