I agree with this and would repeat what hillbilly said before, you may want to get the temp up a little, especially with juvis.

Not bad looking youngsters either.
 
Good to hear. Just keep up with the water changes. (And they are pigeon blood discus.) And remember with sand and younger discus like that it is even more important to do a lot of water changes. To grow them up to maximum size people do 5-6 feedings a day with ~90% water changes a day. So just get into the habit of doing a quick water change whenever you think of it.
