You can also soak the massivore with epsom salt before giving it to them.

Belly bump could be gravel or the goldfish it's been consuming. Fast that endli for a day or 2 or 3 and see if there are any improvements.

I agree with the other guys. Could be gravel. Don’t feed for a week get the feeders out of the tank. Watch for now and hope it passes. Cont with the Epsom salt and keep the water clean.

Could be the gravel. Don’t feed for a week. Remove the gravel. Try sand. Would suggest Epsom salt 1 tbsp per 5g.
