Like its suppost to be green but it's turning yellow and some you can see like brown veins

The plant in the second picture is planted too deep in the substrate. You are not supposed to bury the crown of the plant. The plant will eventually die when planted too deep.

Ah I see so bring it up a little bit higher and do I need anything else for the plants?

Often times plants from wholesalers are grown emersed (roots in water, leaves exposed to air). Often times when you buy these plants and submerse them, the leaves will turn yellow/brown and die. Usually new leaves will regrow. You may eventually want to add some plant fertilizers to the tank. Many aquariums lack iron which is needed for good plant growth.

Also since this is a sword, they are HEAVY root feeders. Get yourself some root tabs and place close to the roots.

Yeah when I bought these they were just floating in a tank so should I buy the tabs and what brand is best at this job?
