kno4te kno4te will probably know what it is. Doesn’t look good. Because of the red spots seems like an infection of some sort.

If it's me, I would treat them with Api stress coat, plus, handful of epsom salt... Water change twice a day 30-35%, good amount of oxygen.

Does it look like a bite from another fish, if it is, It should be back within days, if it's infection, need extra care.

Api stress coat has aloe vera gel and kind of water softener, used to treat a fungus, with handful of epsom salt to kill bad guys. (many don't agree with me on salt things and Api stress coat but I did it successfully so It's my experience I am sharing)

No, it’s definitely not from fighting. I have these for 6 days in QT. The other two not showing anything but this one started yesterday and rapidly getting worst. They looks like water puffs clear and some red one.AB121E18-6024-4FAA-BC0B-F6A8ED2840DA.jpeg

Would Furan-2 work?

Looks like some sort of facial lesion or cysts. Hopefully someone knows just what they are

Yes, looks like that, could it be lymphocystis? I google for the symptoms but couldn’t find anything.

Appreciate the confidence. I usually make it up as I go.

I’d suggest some salt 1 tsp per g, seachem paragaurd and furan2. Just IMO.

To me it looks a bit different than lymphocystis.
