Your peacock bass looks stressed. Too thin. This can lead to Columnaris. Columnaris will advance quickly. First make sure the gravel is clean and change 50% of the water. I would get salt going in the aquarium. 2 teaspoons per gallon. Salt will help the gill function and will help to kill the bacteria. It could also help to treat with Melafix.
As I mentioned it looks like the fish is thin? What are you feeding it? Have you tried freeze-dried krill? If not it should like this after 1 or 2 days of feeding. After a few days of eating krill you can add Vita-chem to the krill. Just a drop or 2/ After a few days you will see the fish becoming robust.
Keep a close watch on the disease as if the white areas appear puffy and that is a fungus (not a bacterial such as columnaris).
