help with possible bacteria or fungal infection

How's the wound looking now?
 
not sure Im gonna win this battle but the fish is more active the cottony strands havent spread but it looks like the wound has gotten bigger.

Im on day four of macryn 1,2 plus maroxy gonna do a big water change and start over again I guess.

It has to be columnaris but dont know at this point any new suggestions are welcome
 
What I did with my gourami who got columnaris was to gently net him out and wipe the wound with a sterile piece of gauze then put the tiniest dollop of neosporin on it using a q-tip.

I also soaked frozen bloodworms in focus and metronidazole to help fight it internally and treated the water with maracyn 1 and 2.

a bare tank with very light feeding is a good idea as well during treatment as columnaris will latch onto any dead or decaying organic matter.
