help with posts

can anyone tell me why it keeps saying i have to have 5 posts to acess certain things? How do I post? and How can I contact some1 on my friends list:)
 
You need to post in sections where posts actually count towards your counter. Check the description of every forum section where you post in for the note that posts will not count towards your post count.
