most sites i have seen list max size at 14". I have seen a few sites say 17"....probably only going to be in the 17" range for wild caught captives.

most sites i have seen list max size at 14". I have seen a few sites say 17"....probably only going to be in the 17" range for wild caught captives.
not even close but there might be a monster lurking somewhere in africa. The ones you fing the the common lps will usually get to 10 inches since they are mass bred. The mush nicer wild caught ones with good genetics will grow to maybe 14 inches tops. 15 inches maybe if you hit the jackpot. Never heard of one that big.
