Ropefish are really entertaining, too. Plus they usually can't eat anything an inch or bigger.

If the tetra is fast enough, no, but it probably could. I had some headlight tetras that were lightning-fast, so they didn't get eaten even though the bichir could easily have fit them in it's mouth.

have you thought about african cichlids? theyre everywhere and besides my gars, theyre my favorite fish.

Africans might attack the angelfish. I would say maybe a few more angles. or discuss. you want to stay on the peaceful side of fish since you have angles in the tank already. But its your tank. you can try what every you want.

Ghost knifefish are very peaceful and just awesome to look at and watch swim. Clowns are neat too. Black with white spots down the sides. pretty.

i would do an armats in a 180 but it would eat all of those fish haha

with a community tank like that why not some mexican blind cave tetras
