Sorry about id. They malawians. I'm not sure what sex. I just bought a green terror and a jack dempsey. Last 3 days all has been well. The dempsey gets along great the terror has had a couple squabbles but takes 4 or more africans to back him down.Appreciate the sugg.Will keep updates with time

An ID would mean the actual species in the tank (i.e. Labidochromis caeruleus - Yellow Lab, etc. etc.). Telling us it is a Malawian doesn't help much with over 800 species in that lake alone. If need be, post some photos of them.
As for the mix, it won't last long. First off, you are mixing species from different continents with WAY different temperaments and levels of aggression - let alone diets and water parameters.
Secondly, your tank is probably too small to house a Green Terror with a Jack Dempsey long-term. These fish get big and need space - space like a large 4' or 6' long tank.
