help with stocking tank for restaraunt

Just get one massive ugly, bigheaded flowerhorn. Put his name on the tank. It might help attract repeat business. People get attached and come back to see "FatHead".
"Mommy!? Can we go see Fathead?", " Oh look hunny. Theres the restaurant with that huge fish with the fivehead!"
That's what I would do. But I'm not all there, so it's probably not a good idea....

Forgot to add-

If you're against Hybrids, you could also go with red devil, managuense, (Or better yet get a pair) wolf or any other monster with an attitude/personality.

Yeah, he'd get all the unneeded attention he'd ever want with an illegal fish in his restaurant. Keep in mind he's in the US.

Barb tank is the best idea. No tinfoil though. Or bala shark. They are skittish.

It could be low tech planted... not too dense though. just a few here and there.

I would think the stocking would heavily depend on how much maintenance will be put into this tank. What are the dimensions?

A 240g would make for a nice professionally maintained reef tank.
