Think I can still use the same sump and overflow? the pump in sump is rated @ 800gph. Sump and overflow was made by a company called amiracle, Which is no linger it was rated at 150 gallons.

May buy in future a double outlet overflow and just make another hole for sump drip area. What ya think?

lol..I Currently have two canisters & AC110, Emperor 400, And Sponge. And future FX6 LOL....

Sounds like your golden, as long as the canisters you have coupled with the sump are enough for your tank and stock.

I agree with cleaning your substrate now while you have the chance, if your worried about BB you can always sock up a few panty hose or filter bags with the old stuff and add it (non rinsed) to the tank along with the old clean stuff as well as whatever you have to add. Honestly though, with 2 cans a hob and a sump all full of BB you shouldn't have any problems. Fill with water, deco, substrate, treat (conditioner) and heat and you should be good to go.

Drip aclimation as stated before would also be a good step to add but probably not necessary.

Have you thought about using sand? it would go more with your décor (the corals) and would be cleaner

Yes, Kinda skeptical about using sand with my current filtration, But does look nice.

This sounds good, although you can skip step 5, there's not much if any beneficial bacteria in the water column, so all you'd be doing is adding dirty water.

If you're moving the substrate, decor and filters then you should be fine (as long as you don't let any of it dry out during the switch). Your main concern is to make sure the temp and ph is similar between the 2 tanks before moving any fish. It may even be a good idea to drip acclimate your stock if you're putting them in a temporary container during the move.

Good luck and make sure to post pics when its done!

Ok my transfer from 72 gallon to 155 gallon bow went well, I did not change none of media in all my filters, I used old gravel as well Fish seem very happy. BUT my water is cloudy should I worry?

It's probably just cloudy from stirring up all of the old detritus from moving the old substrate over. I would say to just keep an eye on it and test your water daily for a week or so to make sure all of your levels stay in check.
