HELP WITH TSN PLEASE!!!!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
It sounds like you have done pretty much all that you can do. You just have to wait and see if he pulls through. meanwhile, keep him byhimself till he is at least 8-10in. TSN are an easy target to get picked on because of their mild temperment. The ripped fins will heal if he pulls through. Our tsn gets ripped fins sometimes because our oscar likes to bite catfish. Our oscar bit our 2ft. catfish and ended up with his head completely scalped. It took a long time for him to heal. Our tsn got scalped too and he is just finishing up the healing process now.

Ok thanks for the advice, i guess i just gotta wait for him to unstress and heal naturaly, he still just lies there on his left side and when he swims he goes around in circles, looks like he gets very frustrated with himself so gives up and rests on the bottom.

I hope he does pull through as we are moving next week and this will just add to his stress, i think the 4ft he is in atm will be his perm home untill he gets bigger like you said, he will be in the house also as the rest are going into the garage. This way i can keep an eye on him better.

Update guys, i think he gonna be ok, hes learnt how to lie straight without struggling but i still think his pectoral is broken or very badly wounded, thats whats causing him to roll when he swims, i had to take them jag babys out also as they were picking on him too lol sounds funny but true.

i had a TSN... he came up missing in the tank that i had my jag in... i know it was that jag too.... thought it might help the situation.
