Help with weird growth on aimara

I got this little guy last week and he got in a brawl with one of my fish and killed it, but I think he lost a tooth and got an infection. It's slowly getting bigger and has turned pinkish. I've added salt to the tank and did a massive wc but what else should I do? first pic is before, 2nd is today

I personally havent encountered this. I would add salt in the mean and hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in.

Update: it's getting extremely big. Idk if this is one if those things where it gets worse before it gets better. I started adding melafix as well about 4 days ago. Any help is appreciated guys
