Well, I do have a full beard like Chuck right now. The reason I didn't fight back was because I was crippled. Having one usable eye really throws off your depth perception, mine was 15" off. I have the steel slab in my possession right now. He's not as much of a bully as an anti-social psychopath.

If so,
Go to the Dean of Students and explain that you need a change NOW. Tell him why, keep records of incidents and that you have informed the administration of your fear for life and limb. Ensure the administration knows that you document this and that should anything happen you will hold THEM legally responsible.

This is pretty much a no brainer. you say your hands are registered weapons and you would get into trouble if you fought back. That's BS, because self defense is perfectly Leagal and will hold up in any court of law as long as you can prove it was self defense.

Second tell your roommate to put down the steroids, because they shrink your southern region and makes it function poorly. I would be pissed to if I didn't know when the next time the south was going to rise.

I got things settled down now. The head of housing came by this morning and talked to him. Apparently he was joking with the "threats" and didn't think that they bothered me as much as they did. He didn't know that I actually had a few death threats from a few violent rednecks/gang members after my ex broke up with me over the summer (she was a psycho b****).

honestly, it does sound like the roomie has some mental issues, i bet he wasnt joking when he went for your throat. IF you truly feel threatened by him, and fear for your life, like someone else said, go to the dean of students or file a report with the campus fuzz..
