HELP!!

my tem just downed a red bay snook. what do i do. i dont care about the snook, im worried about the tem. should i try and get the fish out.. or will he be able to swallow the rest of it later on???.. i just fed them last night too.. guess it wasnt enough.

On a More serious note... It looks to me like the snook will easily fit. As it look to have barely started entering the stomach @ tiem of picture. If you try to remove now... You will be taking large risks in my opinion.

I would give it an hour and see where the snook is then.. IF it is too big it is likely the Cichla will work to spit it.. If unsuccessful.. well You may lose the tem.


Either way my opinion is it is to late to try and extract the feeder fish.

well he spit it out and i went a head and fed him some shrimp. he ate fine. had me nervous for a bit. im awful about guessin how big they were, but the snook was a tad under half the tems size. yea, i havent been able to feed them a lot lately just freez dried krill. now i think i know where that missing clown loach went.

yeah i would beef that tem up!!! no wonder he wanted to eat the snook
