they are compatible, although you would need a large tank, what size is the proposed tank? Other than that, I'd leave out the puffers and go with the gobies
Make sure you research what salinities each fish needs. I've said before that some scats eventually need full marine conditions. Violet gobies do better in the lower salinities like 1.005. I'm sure there are some species of scats that don't need marine conditions, but it's important that you know what you're getting and what it needs. I don't know what archers need, so make sure you get that information too.
