appears to be rectal prolapse. do a water change and extreme gravel vac session, then add some epson salt to the water and treat with metro. she might be too far along and may not make it.

Also it might help to try, take her out of the water and gently push the tube back into her with a Q-tip

Looks like she may be prolapsing... (Didnt spell that right)

Anyway, it looks like her intestines are coming out... Not a pro by any stretch but I have experienced it once. Bad...

well she just had a 100% water change because i just moved and theres no gravel to vac sand i do use aquarium salt. so i should try a q tip?

Double check me on this but I have been told sugar on it will not harm and will pull the intestine back in. Im talking regular sugar too. But double check that with a vet

well heres the update. took a tray and made a bed of paper towels that i soked with dechlored water. netted her put her in it got my hands wet and tried pushing it very carefully back in but with no success. does anyone have any other ideas? someone said something about sugar? does anyone know what that would do or what to do with it? thanks again everyone
