I know i am so worried i hate this, i have so many rare and expensive fish too, that i cant afford to loose and some are impossible to find like mt 18" dat pulcher!!

Looks like lymphocistis to me (spelling!),i think one of the api treatments may help safely, not sure which one though.Theres no "cure" as such, but i remember treating some pond fish for it when i worked in the trade years ago,and it did clear up.

So it wont kill my fish? Or are you saying it is terminal? I treated it before with anti fungal stuff and it went away but that seemed to destroy my filter media making all the perameters go all over and that will kill my fish and i have heard that stingray react badly to treatments.

How is the slime coat? Any symptoms besides the fins?

Erm nope theres nothing else wrong but the lumps on the fins but i couple of my fish have it now even though i moved the effeced fish imediately, and i dont have room to treat them separately in treatment tanks so need a treatment for the big tank.

Isolate the two fish and treat with Methyl blue.

Try to determine what is "stressing" them and modify display tank accordingly. Ie. pH, hardness, tankmates, etc. something is making them susceptible if this is not the first time.

It is the addition of new fish that brings it on come to think of it, all my perameters appear to be spot on, but i will have a think see what i can come up with or determin the problem.
I would love to isolate the effected fish but i hate moving my dat pulcher it is huge so very difficult to move and gets verry stressed.
