HELP!!!

One of my rays stopped eating and is acting lathargic. I noticed it last night and changed the water. I even added the used FX5 I bought a little while ago. Nonetheless, I have not noticed a change in behavior. Just rests in one spot but and is not even responsive to food while the others are ravenous as normal. could the tank mates have stressed him out? He is the smallest in the tank but has seemed to hold his own up til now.

what type of ray? have you tested your water? is this a new ray? WC?

It is a motoro hybrid and has been prety hardy til now. All parameters are fine. I added two large arowana about a month ago and added the FX5 to offset to handle their added waste. He was eating fine yesterday and swimming around. Now he just sits and pants as though. I changed some of the flow to aerate the water more and added some salt. Hopefully that helps.

A day I believe. I suppose the others could have been stealing his food. I typically fed them bigger items to preocupy them then slipped him a few worms to try and give him the edge and fatten him up. I was so looking forward to growing him out too. Argh!
