Since your water is not grey I would wait another day before another water change, I also would not have raised the temp. (most of the time I agree with Oddball but for fungal and some bacterial infections the higher temp can speed up the disease) in this case the difference is small so it should not make much difference. For Meds I would probably choose Binox (at PetSmart), or Tri-Sulfa (PetCo), and if they were out of either of those then Maracyn-2 (both)

I read your article when I was researching. It's about 81 now. One of you said up, the other down, so I just set it back to normal.
