Dang, I don't know what to get, I was either going to put one 300watt right in the middle or two 250 watts (one in each corner tank is 6ft long)

You gota love the net. It's all opinions. So here is my logic. You get two they don't have to work as hard and you have a backup in case one goes bad. just my 2 cents.
